Allergy Statement & Cross Contamination Notice

The Urban Cone prepares and serves products that may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to: milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and food colorings.

While we take reasonable precautions to minimize cross-contact  including cleaning utensils and using separate containers when possible  our products are prepared in a shared service environment. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free of allergens.

Guests with severe food allergies should exercise caution when consuming our products.

By choosing to consume products provided by The Urban Cone, the customer acknowledges and accepts the inherent risk of potential allergen exposure. The Urban Cone shall not be held liable for allergic reactions or related health outcomes.
